مرحبًا بك في تطبيق مكتبة أليسار (Alissar Library)، المخصص للطلاب الجامعيين فقط. نحن نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية أي بيانات تتعلق باستخدامك للتطبيق. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعاملنا مع المعلومات أثناء استخدامك للتطبيق.

جمع المعلومات

تطبيق مكتبة أليسار لا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية عن المستخدمين بشكل عام. ومع ذلك، في بعض المحاضرات التي تتطلب كود تفعيل يُقدَّم من المكتبة، قد يُطلب من المستخدم إدخال رقم هاتفه مع الكود للتحقق من صاحب الكود وتمكين الوصول إلى المحتوى. يُخزَّن رقم الهاتف في لوحة التحكم الخاصة بنا لأغراض التحقق والدعم فقط، ولا يُستخدم لأي أغراض تسويقية أو يُشارك مع أي جهة خارجية. يمكن للمستخدم طلب حذف رقمه في أي وقت عبر البريد الإلكتروني الموضح في الأسفل.

• لا يتطلب تسجيل الدخول أو إنشاء حساب.
• لا يتم استخدام أي أدوات تتبع أو تحليلات.
• لا يتم جمع أي معلومات عن الجهاز، عنوان الـ IP، أو الموقع الجغرافي.

الملاحظات والمحاضرات

• جميع الملاحظات التي يكتبها المستخدم تُخزَّن محليًا على جهازه فقط، ولا يتم رفعها لأي خادم خارجي.
• المحاضرات التي يتم تحميلها داخل التطبيق تُخزَّن محليًا كـ Cache (بايتس) لتسريع الوصول.
• التطبيق لا يرفع أو يشارك أي محتوى مع أي طرف ثالث.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نقوم بمشاركة أو بيع أو تأجير أي بيانات لمستخدمي التطبيق لأي طرف ثالث.

أمان البيانات

نظرًا لأن التطبيق لا يجمع أو يخزن بيانات شخصية على الإنترنت، فلا يوجد خطر لتسريب البيانات. يُنصح المستخدم بالحفاظ على أمان جهازه لضمان حماية الملاحظات والمحاضرات المخزنة محليًا. الأرقام التي تُجمع للتحقق يتم إرسالها بشكل آمن عبر HTTPS.

حقوق المستخدم

• يمكن للمستخدم حذف جميع بياناته المحلية (الملاحظات والمحاضرات) في أي وقت عبر إزالة التطبيق.

حذف البيانات

يمكن للمستخدم طلب حذف رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالكود في أي وقت عبر إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى alisarlibrary@gmail.com. سيتم حذف الرقم خلال 24 ساعة من الطلب.

خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق مخصص للطلاب الجامعيين بعمر 16 عامًا فما فوق. لا يتم جمع أي معلومات من الأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا.

حماية المحتوى ومنع لقطات الشاشة

يمنع تطبيق مكتبة أليسار (Alissar Library) التقاط لقطات الشاشة أو تسجيل الشاشة. يتم تنفيذ هذا الإجراء برمجياً عبر ميزات أمان على مستوى النظام (كود نيتيف) بهدف حماية المواد الدراسية وحقوق النشر فقط.

تغييرات سياسة الخصوصية

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سيتم نشر أي تغييرات جديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في الأعلى.

Privacy Policy - Alissar Library

Introduction

Welcome to Alissar Library, designed for university students only. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information related to your use of the app. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information while using the app.

Information Collection

The Alissar Library app does not collect any personal data from users in general. However, for certain lectures that require an activation code provided by the library, we may ask for the user’s phone number along with the code to verify ownership and grant access to the content. The phone number is stored securely in our dashboard for verification and support purposes only. It is not used for marketing or shared with any third party. Users may request deletion of their number at any time through the contact email below.

• No login or account creation is required.
• No analytics or tracking tools are used.
• No device details, IP address, or location data is collected.

Notes and Lectures

• All notes written by users are stored locally on their device only and are never uploaded to any server.
• Lectures downloaded within the app are stored locally as cache (bytes) for faster access.
• The app does not upload or share any content with third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent any data of app users with any third party.

Data Security

Since the app does not collect or store personal data online, there is no risk of data leakage. Users are advised to keep their devices secure to protect locally stored notes and lectures. Phone numbers collected for verification are transmitted securely via HTTPS.

User Rights

• Users can delete all their local data (notes and lectures) at any time by uninstalling the app.

Delete Data

Users can request the deletion of their phone number at any time by sending an email to alisarlibrary@gmail.com. The phone number will be deleted within 24 hours of the request.

Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for university students aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Content Protection — Screenshot Prevention

The Alissar Library app prevents screenshots and screen recording. This is implemented natively (via system-level flags) solely to protect course materials and copyright.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
